- Exercise regularly. This shifts that grey sluggish look as well as offering a very healthy way to combat stress leading up to your wedding
- Have regular manicures and pedicures and invest in hand and foot creams to tackle dry, chapped digits!
- Having a tan always makes you feel better but opt for the natural look rather than the tango effect! Build up your tan two days before the wedding; not the night before.
